Actress sai Sirisha who was reported to be missing since May 20 was found. As per the sources, she stayed in a Ladies hostel room away from her parents in the city due to a small rift between them . She even switched off her mobile.
In her letter, she stated that her father N. Prasada Rao who is reported to be car driver was harassing her sexally in her mother's absence. Hence she absconded from her family members and stayed in a hostel, stated the actress.
Earlier, Parents of Sai Sirisha, have approached the police, stating that their daughter was missing since May 20.
Sirisha’s father N. Prasada Rao told Banjara Hills police that his daughter had left home to attend shooting at a location outside the city.
“She was in touch with us for three days, but later her mobile phone was switched off. We searched for her at several places, but haven’t been able to trace her till now,” Mr. Rao told police.
Police have registered a case and formed special teams to trace her.
Sirisha had made her debut three years ago as a small-time artiste.
She had played the lead in a film Love Attack and had also signed another film. Her family, which hails from Rajahmundry had come to the city a few years ago and settled at Sri Krishna Nagar near Jubilee Hills. Her father has since been working as a car driver.
